Civil society organizations gathered around the “SDGs for All” Platform prepared the “Contribution of the non-state sector to the Voluntary National Report of the Republic of Serbia on the Implementation of the Agenda for Sustainable Development 2030”.

The document contains key findings from the 2021 annual monitoring report “Serbia 2030: Does Serbia Govern its (Sustainable) Development”, which offers an extensive analysis of Serbia’s preparedness for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.

The Contribution to the VNR document offers:

  1. a) an overview of the implementation framework for the 2030 Agenda (including assessment of alignment of planning documents with the 2030 Agenda, institutional mechanisms, coordination for achieving SDGs and assessment of mechanisms for monitoring progress and reporting) with recommendations; and
  2. b) a summary of the analysis of the framework for achieving sixteen individual SDG.

The document is primarily intended for state institutions and decision-makers, offering them support in reporting on the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
