Within the Thematic Group constituted around the subject of gender equality, the Social Pillar of the “SDGs for ALL” Platform produced an analysis of “Gender Equality in the Context of Sustainable Development and Solutions Contained in the Law on Gender Equality” by the author prof. Dr. Marijana Pajvancic.

The analysis points to the key innovations of the recently adopted Law on Gender Equality and the mechanisms that need to be developed for its effective implementation in the public, private and civil sectors, linking the new solutions of the Law with the 2030 Agenda, as well as with the National Strategy for Gender Equality.

The analysis will pinpoint the work of the Thematic Group and will be a centerpiece of a public debate organized by the Social Pillar on October 29, 2021.
