In the late July and early August 2021, the Social Pillar of the “SDGs for ALL” Platform implemented by the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation and the Center for Democracy Foundation, organized three two-day trainings in Pirot in order to strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations in this city.

The training improved the knowledge of the representatives of the Women Association “Lav”, Women of the South and the “Zvono” Association in the field of fundraising and communication, organizational management and public advocacy campaigns, in anticipation of their upcoming public campaigns to promote the sustainable development goals.

After the training, each organization received further support in the form of mentoring for the creation and implementation of an advocacy campaign plan. The campaigns are expected to be implemented by the end of the year, in support of the adoption of the local mid-term development plan in Pirot.
