Organized by the Responsible Business Forum and the Network of Employers for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities, led by the Youth Forum for Persons with Disabilities, an event titled “Sustainability Talks” was held on October 7 at the Sava Center. The event focused on inclusive employment and support for the employment of persons with disabilities. It gathered representatives from the member organizations of the Responsible Business Forum and the Network of Employers of Persons with Disabilities, aiming to exchange experiences and promote inclusive practices.

The first part of the meeting was dedicated to the key activities of the Responsible Business Forum during the last quarter of 2024, including the annual conference “CSR/ESG Forum,” the ESG education programs “Sustainability Academy” and “Transformer.” Members were also presented with the latest, third edition of the ESG/SDG Barometer, created by Smart kolektiv within the framework of the “SDGs for All” Platform. Additionally, it was announced that a competition for the “Champions of Sustainability” awards would be launched. These awards are presented to companies for their exceptional efforts toward Sustainable Development Goals as part of the CSR/ESG Forum, and they are also part of activities conducted by Smart kolektiv within the Platform to further encourage the corporate sector to engage more actively in implementing the 2030 Agenda.

The discussion and exchange of opinions among participants enriched the event, while informal networking at the end of the meeting allowed attendees to deepen cooperation and develop new ideas for future projects in the area of inclusive employment.
